Deployment matched to the product and organization

Choose cloud, online service or internal deployment by product, data and capacity. Available models and operating responsibilities are specified for each system.

Deployment decisions include initial and ongoing cost. Data location, branch connectivity, user or player counts and operating team capacity influence the choice. Internal deployment is not automatically simpler or cheaper, and cloud service is not a universal answer without capacity and access review.

Hybrid models, isolated environments and dedicated connections are committed only after product-specific feasibility work. A Netaco proposal should clarify server provision, networking, backups, monitoring and updates so the move from pilot to operation is unambiguous.

Our solutions

01

Cloud and SaaS

Netaco LMS is offered as an online service and SignagePlus has a cloud model. Capacity and features are reviewed for each plan.

A clear picture for each product

Netaco LMS

Online classes, webinars and learning services. Concurrent capacity, recording and content retention depend on the plan. Dedicated or internal installation needs separate evaluation.

SignagePlus

Cloud delivery and an on-premise option for evaluation. Player compatibility, network access and offline behavior need testing in the actual scenario.

Netaco CMS / News Crawler

Hosting and source connections depend on version, website scope, data structure and contract. Not every deployment model is promised by default.

Transition with acceptance and rollback plans

Inventory data and dependencies before migration and agree on acceptable downtime. Move a limited sample first, then review user workflows, access, backups and recovery. Prepare rollback before the final cutover. A successful handover includes accountable operators, change documentation and training; a running server alone is insufficient.

Frequently asked questions

Does every product support every model?

No. Available models depend on the product, version and technical conditions and are specified in the formal proposal.

Who owns backups and updates?

Ownership depends on the service model and contract. Agree on responsibilities in writing before operation begins.
